Complaint Details
I purchased ICON DLX Food processor from Onestop, Viviana mall, Thane on 12th April 2015. Demonstration was given on 20th April, only after which I used the product.
Upon utilizing the CENTRIFUGAL JUICER attachment I found that it invariably leaves slices of fruit/vegetable in the mulch. Also the Mulch can yield more juice if merely squeezed by hand. This disappointing result remained unchanged even when I called for a serviceman from BAJAJ ELECTRICALS(which markets morphy Richards).

Secondly, the whole machine itself MOVES from one place to another when switched on.



I have spoken to many people from customer care helpline and spoke to technician Mr.Ram who was sent from SOPNIL SERVICES, Andheri east. He directed me to talk to Mr. Amit (contact no- 7208052264) who is his senior. Inspite of talking to him, no one has responded to me yet.
