Sir,
I purchased bajaj elx 10 emergency light bearing product serial number k079 0714 07084 from air force canteen ,jalahalli west bangalore on 26 nov 2014.I used that lamp only two to three times as there is no much load shedding in Bangalore .Yesterday when I switched on that lamp the intensity of light is very low .So I took that emergency light to nearest service center (VS electricals ,Mr Tyagraj) in consultation with customer care representative but there he is saying bulb is faulty and for bulb there is no warranty.I lodged a complaint on this matter bearing complaint number 6801102 .Bajaj is a reputed brand name in Indian house hold.How such a reputed company's product can be faulty with in 3 usages for a duration of 5 month only.So I request you to kindly replace my emergency lamp and give me a new one or replace the tube free of cost.Otherwise please send your service engineer to check the issue
