Complaint Details
on the date of 30th January, 2015, I gave my mobile for service for the problem of noisy and less clarity of microphone at your service centre (located in Adyar, Chennai ,Tamil Nadu ,India - +914424425541,9962550240).

On the said date, I mentioned the problem clearly with the technician later on 3rd,February,2015 they called me back for the delivery of mobile. I went and found the problem not fixed (they made a software update instead of checking on microphone problem). The next day I again went to there and filled a Job sheet quoting my problem and submitted with my mobile. After a good one month time,(dated on 4th,March,2015) I called them asked for my mobile status they said, "there is delay in shipment of spares so we are unable to deliver it on time". I understand their situation and got a spare mobile from them and I left. On 13,March,2015 they called me back telling that my mobile is ready to deliver. I went there and tested my device and found my problem remains not fixed and the response I got from the person sitting at the reception was very rude. The developers in there started arguing with me that the product was fine and microphone was working good. I asked them for another BB Z3 device and made them to test both the devices. The microphone clarity of the other device is great compared to mine. After this only they understood my problem and its been 2 months since I gave my mobile for service and I didn't received it yet.
