Complaint Details
I have raised multiple complaints with the provider due to frequent internet disconnection, availability of service and internet speed. I have taken a connection of 4 MBPS but get .8 MBPS speed and complaints were attended after 4 to 5 days or sometimes no response or fix at all. I was without internet most of the time but was continuously getting harassment calls to make payment for the service in advance which is never delivered or partially delivered which does not server my purpose.
