Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Kiritkumar DUDHATRA belongs to Anand (Gujarat). Recently my households were shifted from Anand to Jamshedpur
(Jharkhand) by M/s. VRL Packers & transport company (Baroda, Gujarat).

Kindly note that I had received my house holds on 5th March 2015 at Jamshedpur with loose & damaged packing, few items were not sent
by M/s. VRL packers & Transport as mentioned below.

1) 1 box. of kitchen items + clothes (Item no.7 of packing/material list, Total value is Rs. 2500/ as attached herewith)
2) 1 bicycle (Item no.19 of packing/material list, Total value is Rs. 2500/ as attached herewith)
3) Original documents of Activa like bill of Activa + insurance papers of activa.
4) Original insurance policy of my households.

In addition to that few items like kitchen wares, books & grocery items (wheat flour, tea, sugar, soaps etc.) are also missing from house
hold goods and few items are broken/damaged like mirror, glass items, wooden coat etc. having cost around Rs. 1000/(Total estimated
cost of missing+damaged items is around Rs. 7000/)

I tried to talk with M/s. VRL several times & requested them to return me my missing house holds or compensate me for right amount but they did not admit their mistake & refused to return my house holds or compansate me.

I have attached herewith necesary documents like mail copy of complain, Consignment note no.-1063 (Driver copy) & Packing List for clarity. I hope, I have clarified the matter satisfactorily. If you have any doubt or need more clarification then contact me on my cell no.-9973896766.
