Complaint Details
I had brought a double door samsung refrigerator in jan 2015 from croma , after 2 months when my mom removed all the trays to clean it, we saw that the inner wall was broken which is not visible when all trays are intact and when I contacted croma they are not replacing the fridge and making me to run to samsung service.croma has cheated me by selling defective piece.
