Hi,

I bought a Rayban glass (RB 3306 AVIATOR SUNGLASS) from GKB opticals.
Order no :100034823

However on delivery i found out that they have sent me a product with March 2012 as manufacturing date.

I asked for refund as the glass is 3 year old. After long fight they agreed to take back but after deducting 150 rs as transaction and delivery charges!

How dare they are to send a 3 year old product in first place and then asking me to pay 150 for a old product.
Kindly take action against them for cheating and fraud.
