Complaint Details
i have bought broadband connection from tikona on 16th April 2015. And withing 15 days i started to face speed issues. I called the customer care more than 10 time in the past 1 week for the speed issues. every time they promise that they would give permanent solution for the same + escalate the issue to the senior authority and also send engineer to rectify the issue...but till now nothing has been resolved. Attached are the screen shots of the speed test done via their own website.
