Dear Sir

I have checked online the concerned site and found a lucrative offer to buy two nos of 10400mAh power bank packs with shipping charges Rs.1249/- the same was received but in first instance these looked like as Duplicate secondly when the cable for charging is checked the both was non working, I immediately wrote a letter to the support section and logde my protest by sending a mail, till that time i did not used the products but to a great surprise of mine when used the products were duplicate and non working, I than a wrote a letter to company either replace the faulty ones with good one or refund my mony, the bot mails are hereunder, I just want to take a legal actions against such a fraud company. Please try to stop the actitivies of this fraud company as the company aim to cheat the innocent people.

Dear Sir

The above mentioned details for combo power pack from Mi, today the same was delivered at my residence, but to a great surprise your no one data cable is not working, How you can send the non working product secondly there is no warranty and invoice given with the product.

Please be advised that your products still to be checked with regard to working or not working, if products are not to the mark of quality, I will not fear to take a legal in suitable court.

This is more disturbing and such a fraud practice that the products are to be treated as IMPORT AS ELECTRONIC WASTE FROM CHINA OR ELSE WHERE AND YOU PEOPLE ARE CHARGING A GOOD HANDSOME MONEY JUST BY DIPLAYING THE SAME ON NET.


SECOND LETTER SENT ON 29/04/2015

I bought a combo Mi Power back ups (10400 mAh *2 Nos) for Rs.1250/- my oder no.: Your order S80808315 , I reced the same with faulty cables and even I wrote a letter on the same, I am a great surprise that these products are seem to be a fake one as no one is working and your claim of that each is 10400 mAh is also doubtful, I request you to either replace the faulty ones with good ones or please arrange to give me back my hard earned money within three days from today unless suitable legal actions will be taken..
