I purchased a special offer for Rs.2999, as a combo of polo brand from online site www.shopcruz.co.in on march 7, 2015.(Payment ID: 34355554)
A promotional gift of Intex Home Theatre was promised to me on this purchase. I am carrying a e-mail as a proof of this offering.

The original item was sent to me nearly two weeks after putting up the order. That too was of a very low quality and does not carry a value of more than Rs. 500-600.

Adding to my agony, I still has not provided with the promotional gift.

To get an answer from the site is near impossible on their customer care number.
Forget to get a reply on e-mail.

Eventually, whenever at a very few instances when connected with these people funny excuses were made.
Examples:
1. Gift is dispatched, will provide docket number soon. No response further.
2. Carrier of the courier met a accident to my nearby place, lost its docket number. Will provide new docket number and it must reach to you within two days. No response further.
3. Then, there is no product like Intex home theatre in our stock.
4. A Senior executive questioned the credibility of the person sitting and replied to me in customer care department, that who is this man in customer care? they knew nothing, I assure you that you will get your gift within two days.

Since then, no communication is made and I am feeling cheated. This is not a matter of few thousands, its a matter of trust and deception.

Executives who lured me up in his online fraud is Miss/Mrs. Neha. Then she assured me that everything will reach in scheduled time.

Kindly take some action or else, suggest me some.
