i was purchased a new micromax mobile model no. A-108 but it has touch problem when i give it at service center M/s arihant enterprises,sodala jaipur on 25.02.2015 but in the job sheet thew give problem reported 4101 power does not switch on but the actual problem is touch screen not working till date 01.05.2015 i did't get my phone and when will i call to arihant enterprises they said that the mobile will come after a week i am very unhappy from the services.i have already complaint about this at micromax customer care vide complaint no. MMX2004156595 but it has no result.
please do something about this so that i can get the mobile quickly.
