Sir / Madam,
I Venugopal, residing in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Since my wife not feeling well i plan to take my wife to her native place located at Cochin, Kerala.
So i booked my bus ticket through KSRTC Kerala online website (www.keralartc.com) on 30th April 2015 evening @ 7 pm.
PNR Number: K491799,Trip code: 0900CBETVM
Date of journey: 1st May 2015.
No of passengers: 2 nos
Seat no: 8, 9.
Total fare: Rs.390.00
On 1st May 2015 morning 8 AM we visited to KSRTC Bustand in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, in front of their office we saw anotice intimate that our bus was cancelled.
We were shocked, since without any prior intimation like i didn't even got a message that our bus was cancelled. Then i ask for refund in office, but i didn't get proper response from the staff in KSRTC Kerala, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.
Due to May 1st it was heavy rush in busstand, so we struggled a lot on that day to travel from coimbatore to cochin with my wife (she is not feeling well).
Finally we took private bus through travels from Coimbatore to Cochin, it cost around Rs. 1000 (for 2 persons).
For Refund i tried through online but i can't since it replied that "YOUR CANCELLATION TIME IS OVER"
How can they do like this without prior information they cancelled my bus, amount also they didn't refund to my account till now. Even if i call to customer care number: 09447570203, there is no response.
So kindly help me out to get refund of my amount.
