Complaint Details
I booked a Hotel Nest in Zirakpur on 30 April 2015 for one night through the website Goibibo.com. I applied a cashback coupon also for the booking. The payment mode was Internet Banking. The payment was confirmed and I received a transaction reference number from my bank for successful payment. I waited for the booking confirmation mail. But the Hotel booking voucher was never received on the provided mail id on the website nor it was sent to the hotel either. I had to pay at the hotel in cash again.
I never received the voucher and the payment is deducted from the account.
I called the Goibibo customer helpline also, they also said no booking from this mobile number. How come money is deducted but no booking is confirmed. Also the customer care contact number is very useless. It has no option of speaking to customer care executive.
The website also has option tab about the problem, but when I select the tab, it only gives this answer "your voucher would be sent to your mail''.
Please see into the problem.
