I bought my lenovo Flex 2 14 in Oct 2014 with one year warranty/guarantee which included accidental protection.
Since the day I have bought this machine, there has been some or the other fault in it regularly. Within a week, its screen got damaged. And since the start its touch isn't functioning properly. In between while working, the touch just starts working automatically and misbehaving which is a big hindrance to my work. And this problem has increased to an unbearable extent. I have attached the videos in support of this.
When I ordered the screen to be replaced, the engineer bought a damaged screen to replace my damaged screen. At that time I ordered him to bring the belt below the screen as well to be replaced next time he comes to replace the screen because the lock of the belt was also broken but it went unimplemented. The next time another engineer came with a screen, he didn't bring the belt. Now when an engineer came with the belt separately, the new replaced screen got damaged again while he was replacing the belt. I have attached the screen image.
Presently, this machine is a waste to me. I cannot work at all. Even to type this complaint, I had to refer to another machine.
