I have an AMC with IFB, have been trying to get service for the past 1 month. Every time I open a service request, it gets closed without anyone attending it. I have escalated to customer care, but no resolution. IFB is not houring their AMC contract and have cheated me by taking money for AMC but not providing service for the same.
