Our LGE airconditiner purchased 15 May has broken down and been unusable THRICE in 11 months! every repair has taken a fortnight or more to get units returned. it has been purchased from reliance Digital, Infiniti Mall, malad. Reliance intervened and helped us last defect to actually get unit repaired. we ARE ASKING AND DESERVE A FULL NEW REPLACEMENT AIR CONDITIONER AS WITHIN ONE YEAR WARRANTY, HAS BEEN NOT WORKING THRICE WITHIN FIRST YEAR OF PURCHASE. LGE BY THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS HARASSED US. A/C BOUGHT FOR HOT SUMMERS BUT NOT WORKED DURING THE HEAT!!!
PLEASE ADVISE US YOUR CONSUMER REDRESSAL EMAIL ADDRESS TO FORWARD TRAIL MAIL THIS LAST ONE YEAR! PLEASE PLEASE HELP US!!
