I have purchased the iberry Auxus Aura A1 mobile from eBay india online portal, i had problems(display not working properly refer attached screenshot) with the device less than a week so i have contacted eBay seller they asked me to contact Service center. And so i did the same; After i have sent my phone to a service center in chennai location for analysis on the issue, almost they took a week to analyse and replace the defective parts and they sent back to me, now with in five months of the replacement i am facing the same display issue once again, along with other issues (Soft keys are not working properly). With this i am very much dissatisfied with the product and the service they offered hence i asked them to replace the handset to avoid the same future problems but they are telling that if the defect can be fixed in service center, they wont go for any kind of replacement other than replacing the parts. After receiving the update from them i am totally unhappy with the product and the service and i lost my faith in the products liability. I have read many happy Customers/Consumer Success Stories because of your Council. Please help me in this regard, as i am not sure of what can be done next. I have attached the Delivery confirmation Screenshot for the Date of Purchase of Proof. The ticket URL for which i raised for the eralier issue and the Bill image which i paid to send my mobile for servicing for the manufacturing defect.If possible i will be very happy if i get my money back
