Dear sir,
For the last 3 days my aquaguard classic a product of eureka forbes is not working.
It is under 3 yrs AMC done by a service engineer Mr J.K.pradhan.
Despite my several complaints,the authorised dealer has turned a deaf ear towards me,whenever i call him he says the service eng is on the way and the next time he says he has gone for a picnic .
Now i am in a distressing situation and i am really very disappointed with the eureka forbes customer service.
So i request you to please help me out of my situation so that i can get immediate water purifier service from eureka forbes authorised service centre of cuttack as soon as possible.
