Complaint Details
I had purchased gift coupan of Rs 3750/- which were valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. I could not use within the validity period as it was misplaced. Now they do not allow to redeem the gift coupan.I had personally visited 4 times but they refuse to listen. I had sent a regd ad letter on 14-01-2010 which they have not yet replied.
