I have eureka forbes water purifier, I have taken their AMC a months back afetr their contineous followup with me and their so many wrong promises although I was not satisfied with forbes services but because of their calls I thought to give them an opportunity again for services but as expected it was complete miss guide and cheating.
After they got payment no body is even bother to call me for my service update and when I am calling them, their response is pathetic, I am continuously calling two gentle man who has promised me for the service within a weeks time (Rakesh and Rinku)are the big cheater, and even speaking in a abusive language. therir is no response from their local office also problem still remain the same.
