I have booked a complaint on 9th March 2011 with Eureka Forbe's customer support for our Water Purifier Aquaguard Nova. The complaint has been unattended since then and we are left with no choice but to purchase paid water. I already have a Service Contract with the company but still they have not attended(Forget Solve) the issue. I have number of times contacted with the customer support on 39883333 but I have got nothing other than false assurances. My registered number with them is 9822225680, on giving this number they can track the complaint.
Kindly let me know how you can help me in exercising my rights as a customer.
