We purchased a Aquaguard water purifier from Eurea Forbes on 22-06-2010, ever since I have been facing a lot of issues. Firstly the model which I had asked and paid for was not delivered to us and repeated complaints to change the model fell lon deaf ears. It was on;y when I stopped the cheque payment the correct model was delivered to us which took 6 months. Again since then we have been waiting to receive the invoice of purchase which was promised to be delivered to us withing 45 days of date of payment.
It has been 4 months since we have been complaining repeatedly but every time the customer care executives promise to deliver the same within 2 days but nothing happens. After going through lot of harassment, I am planning to lodge a compalint against Eureka Forbes.
