Hi,
I am facing this horrible expierence with Eureka forbes-Aquaguard division.
I got installed aquaguard RO-reviva model Feb 2010. On Feb 28,2011 the technician came to change the filters as per the prerequistes of the model of RO, and told me the scheme that if i take AMC for 2 years which will be 6K i will be saving 800 Rs. So, going by the brand name. I agreed to take AMC for 2 years.
But to my disappointment, after the change of filter, I saw there is no water in bucket of purifier,
and its getting heated. I made a complaint on 19 feb 2011 and executive from the customer service department called and told me that on 20th feb is Off for Holi, so the technician will be attending my complaint on Monday 21 Feb 2011. I made several calls on monday to ask what time the technician is coming, these cust service people keep on repeating their scripts" we have transfeered ur call to concerned department" Besides asking them to do follow up, no body called regarding the status of my complaint-whether its resolved or still pending.
In fact, i asked about the manager numbers, and one of the executive gave it the details that V S rao is their manager, and when i called him and tried explain ny concern he hunged up the call in between and didn even bother to call back
I m facing problem as there is no drinking water available and i am somehow arranging it,but with a small kid in family its really difficult to manage.
Its the worst expierence with Aquaguard. i will advice everybody before taking any aquaguard product do go thru the feedback forums.
Today, early morning on 22 Feb 2011, i made a reminder call to the customer service department, regarding the problem i am facing becuasse of there lack of follow up, customer service and customer satisfaction.
I request consumer court to take proper action on the customer service department of Aquaguard, and get my issue resolved.
