I purchased new Samsung Split AC on 27th Feb 2015 from Metro wholesale Indore & it installed in my room on 03rd March 2015. Due to normal temp in Indore we are not using it on March month, We started it from April 06th & we found that cooling is not proper. So we called to CC & follow the instruction given by them. Every call made to CC we will get the new Step to do for AC. On my 04th Call they arrange Tech & when Tech some on 02nd Day we shocked when he said that Gas it not filled at the time of installation. He filled the Gas & check the AC, cooling start that time as Temp of Indore on that day is Max 27, so my room gets cool for that time & next day when we start AC issue with the low cooling. From the 10th Apr we continuously talk to CC & Tech but still Issue is not resolved. And on my complaint of 22nd when tech comes he told me that issue with Overheating in your room & he told me to purchase new AC of 2 ton. 1.5 tone AC is not working in your room. My room size is 15” X 10” which is appropriate for 1.5 tone AC.
