Hi Team, My name is Hussain, i bought tikona broadband connection on 25th April, that time they promissed me of minimum 3mbps else i can raise complaint and they said it will be resolved. my plan is 600 4mbps. After 2 days signal is disconnected and next 10 days there was no connection. After that they said they fixed and the speed is equal to 2g network. when i call customer care they said my laptop performance is slow. And mine is new laptop. They said they cannot do anything. I gave disconnection request, and no response from Tikona as i paid 2 months advanced rental (2191rs). Today morning when i try customer care i think they have some number locking mechanism i am not able to reach customer care from any number if i give input as my user id. They have blocked my user id. again because i paid already and they dont want to hear anything from me. They are having a concept called waiver request and if customer not able to use for a specific period because of signal issue the days bills will be reduced. I believed that at beginning but my i got mail like my waiver request has been cacelled because its not applicable for me. When i call customer care they said i was using internet. If tower is not working and disconnected what is the possibility to use internet. They said sorry and again they raised request. Am sure again i will get mail like "Not applicable" I am damn sure that if any company new or old one wants to fool customers they are choosing indians. Because here only always profit will be of companies not for customers. If sombody doing crime or cheating means thats not their real character they are cheated by others and now they want revenge by cannot take it on companies so they cheating ppl.
