Complaint Details
The Worst Experience with Paytm Bus ticket booking. I booked a bus ticket on 16th April with Travel date as 4th May. My Order number was 902417184. On 4th May I just called bus operator to check the timing of bus, He said me that there is no booking with my name and he refused to accept my ticket. I drop a email to Paytm and till date I haven't received any response from Paytm. As Paytm doesn't have customer care number this is worst e-commerce site I have ever come across. I booked tickets from other operator instantly which cost me double the amount I paid initially. Kindly look into this issue ASAP and pay me the money I paid for new booking. Ticket for the same I have already mailed you (from my id jain.ronak@gmail.com, paytm also blocked me on FB to post on page, because of Paytm worst services).Because of Paytm I have to book tickets again at double price and face the issues on the day I have to travel. You have to pay me the amount I paid for new booking. Revert me ASAP for this issue and resolve it soon. and also unblock my FB account Ronak Jain
