My hanset is in warranty. So, I have given my handset at htc service centre in patiala on 27 march 2015.I have called the customer care number many times and they were saying that parts are not available. So I requested them to replace my handset. So they said that we are sending your handset back without repair and your handset will be replaced by the retailer on the recommendation letter by HTC and they said we will send recommendation in 48 hour, but now they are saying that we are not going to replace your handset you can again give your handset and we will repair it. I am very much fed up from there fake promises. So kindly do something regarding this as soon as possible.I am attaching copy of job sheet and bill.
