COMPLAIN FOR CHEATING,FOOLING,TELLING LIES BY SALES MAN OF TITAN EYE+AT TITAN EYE PLUS GARIAHAT[6 DOVER LANE,BESIDEGARIAHAT P.S. KOLKATA-700029]:[DETAILS OF COMPLAIN] SIR,
WE HAD GIVEN ORDER FOR PHOTOCROMATIC LENSES BUT YOUR SALES MAN FOOLED US AND GAVE IN THE NAME OF TITAN RS 100 ORDINARY GLASS POWER LENS.THEY THINK US THAT WE ARE FOOLS ,WE WONT BE ABLE TO RECOGNIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORDINARY LENS & PHOTOCROMATIC LENS.
WAYS OF FOOLING:
1. IN THE DELIVERY COUNTER THEY INSISTED US TO CHECK ON DAY TIME.
2. THEY INSISTED ON GIVING FULL PAYMENT DURING ORDER TIME & GAVE THE BILL DURING DELIVERY TIME.[BILL IS ATTACHED]
3. THEY DID NOT TELL US THAT HALF PAYMENT CAN BE DONE AT ORDER TIME.
4. QUICKLY GIVE US THE ACTUAL ORDERED PHOTOCROMATIC GLASSES.A DEEP CONSPIRACY OF CHEATING US ,FOOLING US HAS BEEN HATCHEDPROBABLY TO ACHIEVE THE SALES TARGET.JUST FOR TITAN EYE+ NAME WE TRUSTED & GOT THIS IN REWARD.

1.THIS[TITAN EYE+] COMPANY GIVES ADVERTISEMENT OF THE FRAME WEAR BY THE BOLLYWOOD ACTRESS [IT IS ALSO THERE IN THE FIRST PAGE OF YOUR WEBSITE]BUT WHEN WE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR THAT FRAME YOUR SALES PEOPLE TO SAVE THEIR LABOUR TOLD US THAT ITS OUT OF MARKET AND WE ARE FOOLED.
2. FOR SUNGLASSES IN 50% OFF,YOUR SALES MAN INSIST ON BUYING THAT & MOREOVER REPEATEDLY REQUEST US TO BOOK AN ORDER BUT FOR THAT FRAME MENTIONED ABOVE ,NO SUCH INITIATIVE.IS IN NOT A LAPSE ON THEIR PART ?
3. WE WENT FOR THAT FRAME ONLY ,BUT WE COULD HAVE WALKED AWAY WITHOUT PURCHASING.BUT AS YOUR SALES PERSON WERE INSISTING WE TOOK PITY & IN RETURN WE GOT THIS.ORDER FOR THAT FRAME COULD HAVE BEEN BOOKED VERY EASILY.
4. TODAY ALSO THEY DID NOT CALL US.GENERALLY ITS COURTESY ON THE PART OF SALES MAN TO REACH CUSTOMER BY CALLING TWICE OR THRICE,BUT TO RAN AWAY FROM THEIR FAULT THE TACTICS ARE USED TO RAN AWAY FROM THE FAULT.ITS CLEAR THAT THE FAULT IS INTENTIONAL.

GIVE SOLUTION ELSE WE WILL PROCEED WITH OUR COMPLAIN TO GOVERNMENT.ITS VERY MUCH CLEAR THAT YOUR LENSES PROVIDED TO US IS NOT THE ONE AS EXPLAINED TO US.MOREOVER YOUR COMPANY LADY STAFF DOES NOT HAVE ANY MANNERS TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS,IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS PROBABLY A MUTUAL GOT UP TO SAVE THE ACCUSED SALES MAN.SO WE ARE GIVING YOU TWO OPTION:
1. TAKE YOUR FULL SPECTACLE & RETURN FULL MONEY.
2. PROVIDE ACCURATE LENS.

NO SAMPLE LENS WERE SHOWN TO US & ORDER WAS TAKEN BY TELLING ABOUT FICTITIOUS THING.IN REALITY THEY COULD NOT DELIVER SUCH LENSES.JUST TO ACHIEVE THE COMPANY SALES TARGET THE SALES MAN HAVE INDULGED IN CHEATING,EXPLAINING BY WRONG INFORMATION.
ALL ABOVE STATED THINGS ARE INFORMED TO THEIR COMPANY BUT THEY ARE GIVING A FULL SUPPORTTO THEIR SALES MAN AND GRABBING,LOOTING MONEY OF US BY ILLEGAL MEANS.
DUPLICACY IN BILLING:[PROOF BELOW]
THEY TOOK FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE BUT DID NOT WRITE DETAILS ABOUT LENSES[EXCESSIVE MONEY WAS CHARGED]ONLY RS 100 LENSES WERE DELIVERED BUT THEY TOOK RS 1100 FROM US.
MULTIPLE EMAILS WERE SENT TO THEIR COMPANY BUT THEY ARE OVERLOOKING AND NEGLECTING THE CUSTOMERS.THEY HAVE COME DOWN TO CHEATING
THEY ARE GIVING 1 YEAR WARANTEE.THIS PROBLEM OCCURRED WITH IN WARRANTEE PERIOD.SO WE WANT OUR FULLL MONEY BACK AND THEY TAKE THEIR PRODUCT.
WHEN WE ARE EXPLAINING CONSUMER RIGHTS THIS COMPANY PEOPLE ARE MAKING OUR PHONE CALL DISCONNECTED,THEY ARE SUCH BAD MANNERED PEOPLE.[THE STAFFS ARE GIVEN FULL LICENCE TO CHEAT]
