WE HAD INFORMED THIS TO FOLLOWING OFFCICIALS AT DEPARTMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS GOVT OF INDIA BUT NO ACTION. BUT NO ACTIONTHIS POINT IS CONTINUOUSLY OVERLOOKED:TO

A LANDLINE COMES WITH 6 MONTHS WARRANTY BUT THE LL SUPPLIED BY BSNL ALIPORE EXCHANGE KOLKATA BROKE DOWN WITH CLI FACILITY WITH IN A MONTH.BY CONSUMER RULES & REGULATIONS WE ARE SUPPOSE TO GET THE LANDLINE REPLACED.BUT THIS THING IS NOT HAPPENING SINCE 6 YEARS.WE NEED THE REPLACEMENT.IS THIS NOT KNOWN TO DE[EXTERNAL]?
THE ADMINISTRATION IS ALIPORE EXCHANGE HAS COMPLETELY COLLAPSED.MANY PEOPLE HAVING LINK /CONNECTION ARE GETTING CLI LANDPHONE LATEST WITH IN A DAY[JUST A SINGLE ORDER IS REQUIRED.]BUT AS WE ARE NOT HAVING ANY CONNECTION ,WE DONT GET FOR 6 YEARS.AND DGM ALIPORE SILENT.NOT A SINGLE LINE IS BEING TOLD US.THE AREA MANAGER OFFICE PEOPLE ALSO DONT KNOW ANY THING.THEY ARE JUST SITTING IN A/C ROOM AND ENJOYING A PLEASANT TIME,WE ARE SUFFERING BY GOING IN THE SCORCHING SUN TO THE BSNL OFFICE ALIPORE.THE DE[EXTERNAL]OFFICE STAFF MOST OF THE TIME ARE NOT IN THEIR SEAT.AND THEY ALSO COMES WHEN GOD KNOWS?????????


CLEARLY CONTRADICTING STATEMENTS ARE ISSUED FROM CGM KOLKATA B SNL AND THE APPLICATION OF US SUBMITTED HAS BEEN INTERPRETED WRONG AND BY TRAI NAME ,WE ARE MISGUIDED.[ONE DAY THEY ARE SAYING THIS AND OTHER DAY THE CGM KOLKATA IS SAYING THAT]CONTINOUSLY ADMINISTRATIVE LAPSES ARE OVER LOOKED BY BSNL CGM KOLKATA AND WE ARE PENALIZED IN THE NAME OF TRAI.THE OFFICE STAFF CANNOT READ AND UNDERSTAND APPLICATION THAT OUR CLI LANDLINE BROKE DOWN WITH IN THE GUARANTEE PEROID,SO THEY ARE BOUND TO REPLACE IT.............BUT THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY NOT DOING.

from: CGM_CTD WE HAD APPLIED FOR CLI LANDLINE FACILITY SINCE 25/2/2009,BUT THE LL THEN PROVIDED US HAVING CLI FACILITY BROKE WITH IN A MONTH.THEN WE HAD COMPLAINED BUT FROM ALIPORE EXCHANGE OFFICE WE ARE REPEATEDLY TOLD THAT ALIPORE EXCHANGE IS IN SHORTAGE OF SUPPLY OF CLI PHONE .WE WERE ASKED TO COOPERATE.WE ARE COOPERATING SINCE MARCH 2009.
FIRSTLY,WHEN WE WENT TO ALIPORE EXCHANGE THEN :
• WE WERE TOLD TO GO AOTR.
• FROM AOTR WE ARE TOLD TO GO DE[EXTERNAL]
• FROM DE[EXTERNAL] OFF. WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT AS THE CONCERNED EMPLOYEE IS IN LEAVE.
• AFTER 2 MONTHS WE WENT,WE WERE TOLD THAT EXCHANGE WILL CALL US.
• WE WAITED FOR THEIR CALL BUT FOR ONE YEAR NO RESPONSE.
• AFTER ONE YEAR WE WERE AGAIN TOLD THAT SHORTAGE OF SUPPLY OF CLI PHONE.
• WE WERE AGAIN ASKED TO COOPERATE.
• THIS CONTINUED,WE COOPERATED BY FACING HARASHMENT.
• AFTER THAT SOME TIME PASSED THE WHOLE LL COLLAPSED.THEN ALSO CLI LL WAS IN SHORTAGE AND WE ASKED TO COOPERATE.THE CHETLA EXCHANGE TOLD US TO GO ALIPORE EXCHANGE BUT THAT DID NOT GIVE RESULT.
• AFTER SOME YEARS THIS LL ALSO COLLAPSED.THEN ALSO SAME SET OF EXCUSES,BUT PEOPLE IN OUR LOCALITY HAVE GOT THE CLI PHONE DURING THAT TIME BUT WE DID NOT. WE DONT KNOW WHY?
• NOW WHEN WE APPROACH ANOTHER SET OF EXCUSES: THEY ASKED US TO PAY RS 600 FORCEFULLY FOR CLI LL AS ALL LL ARE CLI BASED NOW.
• WHEN WE TOLD DE EXTERNAL OFICE THAT WE FACED THE ABOVE SITUATION [IT WAS THE OUTDOOR SECTION]THEN ALL WERE MAKING THEIR HEAD DOWN AND NO REPLY.
• LOOK INTO THIS MATTER QUICKLY & WE WANT CLI FACILITY LL WITHOUT PAYING ANY CHARGES AS ALREADY ALL CHARGES WE PAID BUT DID NOT GET IT SINCE LONG TIME.
NECESSARY PROOF OF APPLICATION SUBMITTED IS GIVEN.WE NEED THE LATEST ACCURATE CLI LANDLINE[LL] OF BSNL QUICKLY WHICH THIS COMPANY IS DENYING TO COVER UP THEIR EMPLOYEE FAULT.
