Complaint Details
I ordered 3 pieces of Wallet & 1 Goggle from Next Shopping over phone. The order was delivered in broken condition and I immediately contacted the customer care numbers to raise the complaint. They asked me to send the mail and didn't raise any complaint over phone. I sent the mail on 17th March along with the broken wallet pics.
I got a call from their office assuring that the products will be picked up and the money will be refunded.
Now even after two months, nobody has come to pick up the product and my money has not yet refunded. I called up multiple times and send multiple emails but there is no response.
One day I had a chat with Ankur (Customer Care Executive) and he was not helping in any way and then I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor and he clearly denied. After 50 mins of debate he transferred to his so-called supervisor named Jyoti and she assured that I will receive the reply and the money back.
But till today no money and no response from these guys.


The quality was utter crap and I lost my complete money in this transaction.
