Hi, I am facing serious problem with my laptop ( Dell service tag H852VQ1 ) . Its automatically shutting down within few seconds. In the past three years I got the same problem multiple time and for solution I found replacement of three motherboards and various part for my laptop. Also my extended warranty is expired but I am facing same problem continuously. Last time your engineer did not replace motherboard, even I asked for it and within few months the same problem appearing again. Please resolve my problem as I am getting defective parts from dell again and again. I am not in a condition to buy new laptop now and I am loosing my faith from dell services.
