Sir,

I booked my ticket wih reference ID IN1504B0S039407 on 6th of April 2015. However on 3rd May 2015 I called to remove one passenger from the trip but this agent cancelled the trip by mistake and a complaint was registered by the company and they came to the conclusion that the error was made by he agent and the refund will he done in full around 32000 INR. Its been now 15 days there has been no communication via email or phone to me.when I call I am only being told to wait for 7 days everyday.
