Dear Sir/Madame,
I had taken relaince 3G net connect Dongle which advertises and promises speed upto 21 MBPS and I took the same, I recharged my reliance no(8388945514) with rs 1399.00 pack for 3G services, But to my astoshnishment I never got 3G services the maxium speed which i got was 200 KBPS whic is far from what was promised. I also registered several complaints but everytime my complaint was closed without any fair hearing. The customer service associates of reliance mobile are squarely obnoxious,rude and manner-less they called me misbehaved with me. Everytime they called me just for the sake of it as with every call there was new story from there end ,Someone from reliance told that it will be fixed within 2 days and then agian i receive a call and I am told that it is a network issue and would take 90 days and then out of nowhere some body else would call and lie to my face that everything has been resolved. I demand refund of my data with validity for the harassment caused to me. Firstly i never got what i paid which in itself amounts to fraudulent practice by reliance, Thus far the data I have consumed where on 2G speed so why my 3G data is being taken away. When i asked for refund of data from reliance executive i was articulated that you have used the data we caanot refund it, It's like I booked mercedes and paid for the same but maruti 800 instead for the price of Mercedes and then I am told that it also takes u from point a to b. I kindly request the concerned authority to take cognizance of the matter and initiate strict action against the erring firm for cheating and harassing it's customer.
