Complaint Details
I have complaint on airtel internet service department.My airtel number is 04040251881 . I have used this connection for more than 2 years. On july 2nd 2014 i have called them to disconnect my connection as they were increasing charges. They voluntarily offered discount for a month . then in august i have asked them to diconnect the connection, this time they said they voluntarily offered free safe coustody mode for 3 months and with in that if they give nice usage plan i can resume connection or else the connection will be discontinued automatically after 3 months. As i have already taken a new connection in august itself i have ignored their safe coustody offer . But in the month of january 2015 , feb 2015 , march 2015 they have sent me bill for internet connection. My point of argument 1) Safe custody mode is valid for 3 months. started in august 10 , so aug-sep ,sep -oct ,oct-nov 10 , the safe coustody mode has to be completed. then the connection has to be disconnected . they have called me and i said to disconnect. but they have not done 2) If the connection was still active , why didnt they send bill for Nov 10 - dec 10 . since they havent send me the bill i thought the connection was discontiued, and later they started sending me bills from next month, 3)Immediately after recieving the bill or the month of january i have called them that night regarding that , they replied that the next day the back end support will call me, but i havent got nay call. the same repeated for next month and though i called them again they havent called me back. now these airtel people are forcing to pay those bils which i havent used. they inturn saying that i havent lift the call for cancellation confirmation. y point is when i have called them why didnt they take my request and said they will call back . please look into the issue and do the needful.
