Complaint Details
I have subscribed for Deccan Herald for one year in Mangalore. paing Rs 799/- by cheque. Holding receipt no MDU 8184 dated 15.3.2015. I started receiving paper from 1.4.2015. But not receivng in May. One person asked for service charge. I refused to pay. He stopped delivery. Newspaper subscription is always including delivery.Everything is service. For that only I paid Rs 799/- . Stopping delivery is a breach of contracted service. Deccan Herald cannot bring a third person in between.
