Dear Sir,
Last year in October i bought a Phone Called Canvas 2 Colours(A120).In feb I was having some battery and auto off problem.The service centre executives told me it was motherboard problem and need to be repaired.and for that my phone was sent to delhi for 1 month.after 1.5 month in april i got my phone . But condition of my phone was very worst.The back panel was damaged along with camera for which service center agreed to change my camera lens only .when i tried to switch on the phone..it was not working and nearly dead.then service centre executives tried for nearly 2 hrs to get my phone on.but as soon as i reached home my phone stopped working again .. i again went to them and they told maybe it was because of my memory card.so after 15 minutes they again give my phone back .and this time i only inserted my sim .. next day when i woke up .. again phone stopped working .. again i had to go there and showed them to which they said let them try for last time .. but again as soon as i got it . it got off (While i was in service centre)So they told me that phone motherboard has got damaged and your phone will be replaced.. so at 9/4/2015 i submitted my phone for replacement.the time interval of replacement is usually 15 days to 30days at most.. but during this time service center told me unusual answers when i asked them like your phone hasnt reach new delhi,phone has been dispatched, we are waiting for approval and approval received but company doest have in stock..So today i called micromax care and told them about my issue .. they told me that your phone is under repairing and it will take more than a month more to get repaired.. when i told i have requested for replacement they told they have received product for repairing ..Sir u know without a phone its really very difficult .. and moreover i am not having any standby phone to use ..Please Look Into Consideration As soon as possible
