Complaint Details
Order for the delivery of Pizza NOT DELIVERED

1. An Online Order for Domino's Pizza was placed at 2058 h

2. The online payment was also made for Rs. 1086

3.The said amount was debited from my Citibank account as per the following details below :
PURCHASE SUBJECT: MCUPOS 15MAY1529 Card no.: 5497XXX2XXXX2526 15MAY dominos PayU SBIPG Ref: 051510893196 1,086.00

4. After 1 h of the placement of the order , I tried to contact several times to check about the status of the order , but there were no reply.

5. Today at 1330 h we inquired about the status of our order

6. One Mr.Umesh, Manager, B-1 Community Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi was very rude and refused to accept that the order has been placed. He further said that "we are not stupid to deliver any order at your words"

7. Even after telling that the amount has been debited from my account he did not accept that order has been placed.

8. Domino's has

a.FAILED to deliver the order which is placed after online payment

b. Their communication (telephone ) does seems to be properly working

c. The Manager is very rude and was not even ready to entertain the status of our order

I request strict action may be taken against erreing Domino's and refund the money due to me.

They must compensate for the calls, trouble and inappropriately speaking to a consumer.
