hey...Manisha.. jobsheet num- N030666-0415-16336852. I had submitted my phone on 25 march , 2015 in Delhi (East delhi- nirman vihar branch micromax off) for repairing...They said that they will return back my phone after repairing in 4-5 days.. After that they said that you phone will be given after 20 days bcoz your phne has gone for repairing in repairing factory.. I am seriously very angry.. my phne still has not given back..they said they will take 30 days. n seriously not such issues in the phnes .charging point n front camera is not correctly problem.. After almost 35 days I had gone To coustomer care for my phne , They gave my phne back n said your mobile has been swapped due to technical reasons, After that on that place i Checked my phne , the touch was not working of that swapped mobile., I dont understand, why they are giving unrepired cell after swapping n so many days n After dat they again submit cell, said they will repair that swaped phne, give swapped mobile phone back after 7 days.. How can i believe, that the swapped phne will be allrite .i also complaint to customer care of my cell, n i dont get no resolution. Pls take any action,,
