My complain No is 635758 and this has been lying unattended since March 2015. The technician came and installed my Air conditioner, after paying him Rs.3000/- the next day the AC stopped working and there was a gas leakage. I have been calling desperately and no one seems to pick up my calls nor even come and attend to my complaints. I have senior citizens in my house and we are living in this heat without the AC. My sincere request to look into this matter as when I called them up, they say I need to pay Rs.5000/- more for a part which has caused leakage in the AC. This is just taking too much toil on me.
