Complaint Details
The mobile was submitted at service center for repairing of Screen and On off Key. After multiple contact and commuting to service centre they gave the mobile but the screen was dirty from inside and on off key was not repaired. I resubmitted the mobile at front. Since then I have been in their service centre for more than ten times for giving my mobile back even without repairing the on off key. Every time they find some excuse and told me to come after three days. Today i have been to there place and clearly told them that strictly i want my mobile back. On this they told me because of shifting of shop they have send my mobile from mumbai to delhi and your mobile will come after ten days. A big Lie. I dont know why they are not giving me my mobile back. There contact details are not working. I even asked them to provide me with their contact details which they always not provide. There invoice generated does not have complete invoice number and even does not include details on service tax and sales tax and their payment details which i think is against the income tax rules. I even called there customer care no 18605008286 they told that they will take thirty days to revert on my problem. It has caused a big mental harassment and trauma and cost me in terms of commuting to their service centre. Please help me in getting my mobile back in working condition and appropriate financial compensation.
