I have booked one hotel in Bangkok from Make my trip ID Booking ID: NH210635295083 PNR No: 2866022. hotel from Check-in Wed, 27 May '15 at 02:00 PM and Check-out Fri, 29 May '15 at 12:00 PM.Due to reschedule my planing I want to cancel my booking .when i approached to make my trip over phone, they are confirming as hotel policy of Unico Express @Sukhumvit Bangkok, 74Soi 3 Rd, Klongtoey-Nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand in is non refundable but please note that I have booked this from your web site and as per the cancellation policy make my trip where there is free cancellation policy. Also I have paid you not to the hotel . Also it is worth to mentioned here Superior-room only-refundable - free wifi Room Only. I have written two mail and did not get any response till now i.e. up to 30.0hour
Please help me to cancel my booking and refund the amount to my account within 8.00AM of 25.05.2015
