Dear Sirs, We have given our vehilce for service to gurudev motors on 4th of april 2015 for engine problem. They took more than 2 weeks to find the fault and suggested us to change parts woth a lakhs of rupees. That part took more than 2 weeks to arrive. After assemblig the part. The fault is still not rectified and they are postponing the delivery of the vehicle. Even after writing email to their coustomer care their is no response. I require your help o resolve the issue
