I AM A RESIDENT OF VADODARA AND I HAD DONE AN ANUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT FOR THE MAINTAINANCE OF MY " EUREKA FORBES AQUASURE IVORY DX " AQUAGAURD. THE DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE SAME ARE AS FOLLOWS:
(1)RECEIPT NO. 20816007
(2)DATED 11th of MAY -2012.
ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT IT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF EUREKA FORBES TO REPLACE ANY OF THE PART(s) OF THE MACHINE IF IT IS WORN-OUT OR NEEDS REPLACEMENT BUT NOW THESE PEOPLE AREN'T REPLACING THE PART WHICH NEEDS REPLACEMENT. I CALLED SERVICE CENTRE BUT OF NO USE. CURRENTLY THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING.
