I thought of buying Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Enhance Green RO and checked with the sales team whether online order is feasible as i'm out of country and RO was required by my parents and grand parents. They assured me that they will deliver the product in 3-7 Business days. I called to customer care centre 7th day and told them that my product didn't get delivered after 7 days. They clearly registered my complaint and asked me a 1 day grace period. The complaint number given by them was 91920629. The product didn't came and i called them once again and they gave me a new complaint number 91929419. As i was urging to talk to their Manager and escalate this issue as there was no proper updates, i could realize that their call centre employees were playing in between themselves by transferring the call between themseleves instead of transferring the call to Manager. They couldn't answer any of my questions like 1) When will my product will get delivered? 2) What is teh status of my order? 3) Where is my PO? They didn't answer anything and worst part is they explained that they will deliver the Product from Mumbai to Nagapattinam (Near Karaikkal), a town in Tamil Nadu in one single day. They didn't even have a courtesy that a person in call is calling ISD and we should address him asap. They asked me to be in hold upto 25 minutes and they cut my call. They gave me irrelevant numbers to call and i too kept calling that number for one day and they didn't even pick up the call. The employees were Sadeesh, Palanivel, Rajeswari, Rajesh, Priscilla, Kalpana. On the call itself, they were pretending and were making fun of me which hurted me a lot being a customer. It was an awful ecperience, and i would advice you never ever choose EUreka Forbes in your lifetime. The Call centre person even didn't know what is the expansion of CRM, is the worst of all. I would not recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone in my lifetime.
