Complaint Details
I have applied under affordable housing scheme in your AANANDA apartment project in sector 32A karnal for 2BHK flats segment vide application no. 096(acknowledgement attached with) along with demand draft 549838 dated 15/12/2014.

company's advertisements in newspaper and their sales executive/promoter assured me of lucky draw of lot in immediate future. But your scheme not launched till date. On asking in their office concerned officials informed me that there is no draw of lot in near future. they could not provide me a date and told that project had not received clearance from govt. On asking how can a company collects sum from people with out receiving relevant clearance from govt in the name of “GOVT. PROJECT” they could not provide me a satisfactory answer.
Then I applied for refund of my booking amount Rs 87253/- and received cancelation of application dated 16/03/2015 with assurance of returning my amount as soon as possible.
But even after such long time your company has not returned my money and now I am not in such a position to wait for more time. So help return my booking amount i.e. Rs 87253/- along with interest @ 10 percent w.e.f 13/01/2015 that I lost(fixed deposit) plus application fee of Rs 1000/-. The company resorted to the method of fraud/cheating and appropriation of public money by unfair means and breach of public trust Their Marketing head told me in November 2014 that company had taken prior permission and clearances from govt of Haryana to launch affordable housing scheme named as AANANDA which is totally baseless and misguiding.
