Hi Team,
I purchased HTC Desire 620G Dual - 8 GB - Grey Imported **Brand New** ( 271825517406 ) on 21st April 2015. Since them I am facing issues with the handset.
1. Firstly, the phone was not in a good condition when i received it (Edges of the phone were broken , material was detaching from it's body, dents on the outer surface of the handset. Phone heats up a lot while charging, so much that i cannot use it further till it cools down. The battery had severe heating issue as much as that it can blast off anytime).I even raised a request for the replacement of the handset with your team but was asked to courier the product to the seller itself. I even requested the eBay team to collect the handset from my end itself but was denied for the same and was left with no alternative .
2. The other problem I am facing from the day of purchase of the handset is that , the phone gets switched off instantly. Also the power backup is so poor that 100% battery lasts only for 2 to 3 hours or so. I have to charge it three to four times in a day to use it properly.Day before yesterday my phone got switched off and since them I am trying to fix the problem.Till now the handset has not started working.
3. The phone is dead now, its charging point is damaged , I am calling the seller Mr Salil Gupta, he has put my number on block list , his number is 9953220739
4. I also visited the HTC store in order to get my phone fixed, but I got a shocking response from their side. I was told that my handset is not yet registered at HTC. Hence, I was further denied for the fixation of the handset by the store.
Being a frequent and trusted customer of eBay, hearing this was a big shock. I am now in a dilemma whether to trust your team or not. I have almost lost my trust with the eBay team. Also, I am very much annoyed with the handset I am using due to the above everyday issues. It is affecting my work-life balance (as mobile phone is really a necessary asset). I was in an urgent need of a smartphone when i purchased the handset. But its purchase rather added to my miseries.
I humbly request you to kindly initiate a refund for the handset as soon as possible. I am in no mood to continue using the phone. Neither I want your team to fix the issue the phone is facing. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
I am a working professional with long hectic working hours due to which it would not be possible for me to courier the product to the seller. I request your team to collect the handset from my shipping address.
