Dear Gagan ji (CEO PRINTVENUE)
I have cancelled my order 4222-1120-0422 on 09.05.2015 and after 13 days my refund has not reached my PAYTM wallet.Everytime your customer care apologize without resolving my issue and increase the delay.
I have discussed my issue with Mr. Adil Shah (Supervisor) Employee NoXR3087 ( as told by him) many times but he just assures me to resolve the issue in 24 hours.
I have spend Rs 200+ on calls with your customer team and my refund amount is Rs 269 totalling to Rs 469 + damages for the delay of my fund recieval + harrasment from customer service which is total amount to Rs 2000 under Consumer Protection Act 1986 .
Kindly arrange to pay or else I will file the case to Consumer Court for the same reason.Waiting to recieve the forsaid amount and reply from your side.
