Complaint Details
We were not getting reception for telugu language channels for more than 50 days now. We raised multiple complaints with customer (don't) care department and nodal officer. Every time technician will do something, the complaint gets closed and with in 2 or 3 days the issue resurfaces. This drama is going on for more than 50 days now.
I raised three tickets with nodal officer (1-39261481798, 1-38968874465, 1-38545068055).
Now I am trying to get my money back for the duration for which the service was not working. According to TRAI "Quality of service and redressal of grievances" policy, a nodal officer must compensate the customer if the issue is not resolved for more than 10 days.
