Complaint Details
I had book a package tour for Port Blair through Goibibo on 17th February 2015.

Booking ID was GOPKGF4F751424154267.

The total package value was Rs. 69025/-.

On 7th May, 2015 unfortunately I have to cancel my tour package.

Goibibo travel-desk was finalized my refund value Rs. 45350/- only flight refund on same day.

Hotel charge is non refundable as per their version.

But still now the refund value (Rs. 45350/-) is not credited in my account.

When I asked for refund status, they told me their concerned team is working on it.

This type of fraud travel agencies are doing business in India.

Please take a strong immediate action against them.
