Complaint Details
I order two reebok watches from askme baazar, the watches were delivered in damaged codition with the back side panel of one watch was opened and was separated from the watch and the glass of the dial was broken and the strap of the other watch was torn.
so i returned the watch to the delivery boy on April 28th.When i called the customer care of ask me bazaar to enquire regarding the refund of the amount, it was said that according to their rules and regulations from the day of returning of the product the amount will be refunded within 10 days.
They said the amount will be refunded by may 8th or 10th or by may 12th.But the money was not refunded till date. so i called askme bazaar again and they said it will be refunded by 14th may.I waited till 14th but there was no sign of refund, I then called back askme bazaar they said it will be refunded by 18th may, but it was not refunded,when i asked the customer care they extended the date to 21st may and then 23rd may but the money was not refunded till date.
Whenever i call they keep on extending the date and they are just saying some false reasons and false dates to cheat me,.
This is putting me under lot of stress and i feel i have been cheated very badly.
kindly please do the necessary so that consumers like me dont get cheated by this kind of online bazaars.
